Dunno. After some light searching, all I know is that this was done via Kickstarter. There was also one for a second issue but it didn't get enough funding.

If someone can provide the previous one, that would be great. I'm not sure if the sequel exists due to the failed kickstarters but if it does, it's behind a paywall on his site.

Yes it does exist.  The original issues are hosted at the Be stories club, and they basically drove him away.  And then earlier this month, they posted a continuation that he did not write or approve under his name. 

Time and again went to 22 pages, time and again 2 is up to page 18.
