Here's how I'd do it if I had the right pics:

1. Pic of two girls standing ass/ass
1b. girls asses start to merge
2. merging girl is just upper body stuck above other girl's ass
2b. merging girl's arms disappear
3. Merging girl's head sticks out of other girl's tailbone and her boobs become other girl's butt cheeks
4. Merging girl is just eyes on expanded butt cheeks and mouth in place of the anus
4b. Same pic with no eyes/mouth

These would be useful for the first image in the sequence. But I'd need to find the rest of the imageset to see if I can make the other pics in the sequence.
