What wound up happening was that despite the resistance MorphMan had (I wasn't personally a fan, really not a fan of feet) was that he was sock puppeting support for himself and rigging Extra's vote system to keep himself at the top. Extra asked him not to do that, or he'd be banned. MM ignored it, got banned, but it was only an IP ban, so he went next door and got back online. In actuality the guy was a colossal douchebag, and is the primary reason Extra took the site down.

Even if he occasionally posted a good one, it was not worth bringing down the overall consistent quality of the site. I had no idea there was this much drama going on though. I hope there are backups because going 100% through that website has been something on my backlog I've been meaning to do for ages.

I just want to say as someone that has been into this kind of stuff from the onset of the internet, ANY fucking time someone starts to complain about a contributors quality it has led to more drama and backlash. You don't like it, fine you don't like it. Attacking ANYONE over their work( no matter your idea of their perceived efforts or lack there of) has led to many talented artists quitting, and sites getting shut down.
This board above all others is super fringe and extra overreacting to mm getting defensive after being attacked is exactly the thing that as a community we should not ever have to condone (everyone is human, and the first salvo of "stop cause your work is shit" is where we lost a great resource. No one else is to blame in this.

The ones where all he did was change the colour of previous morphs and/or merge two together really irked me as low effort, and anyone that asked him if he could keep the amount of posts down (he usually had 3-5/day as opposed to the other more popular artists at like 0.5/day) would be met with instant reprisal on how he's persecuted because his works weren't the same as the other tags.
Which, to his credit, they weren't. But there's the matter of taste and knowing one's audience. That site had the tag system like that for a reason, because it was the stuff the majority of users wanted to see, and MM had to drum up his own alt-accounts to garner more views/votes/comments to legitimize himself. Going so far as to imitate other users that used the name-tag system. There was an account from years back called Anonymous1972, where the user wrote in a way that clearly indicated that English was a second language, or that they had some learning deficiencies; their writing was inconsistent, capitals placed in strange areas, and always started and ended their comments in the same ways.
When the account started commenting again when MM was at the height of taking heat from other users, it became clear that the word choice, where it had followed a specific pattern before, was different. The words used previously were more along the lines of 'Id love her forever and....' where these new posts were all related to having the morph subject 'stick her filthy toes in my ass' kind of stuff. Never before did 1972 ever state anything sexual, in fact the user actively avoided it by putting phrases like 'we'd do you know' instead. And even 30 seconds of reading MM's photo descriptions (which, personal nitpick, were all like 30 words and threw off the spacing on the mobile version of the site something fierce) indicated that this new 1972 was using the same phrases and word choice as MM.
Personal dumping ground aside, I'd say that MM's unwillingness to accept criticism and total willingness to imitate previous users/harass current ones was what my biggest complaint was.
My hope is that extramorphs or another aggregation website will come along later in the future, this time with quality controls / ability to ban. If the increasingly regular TF/multi/body-mod threads on /d/ are any indication, the growing number of people that share our interests should logically and inevitably lead to more hubs.

I won't lie and bs and be honest, I'm morphman and the reason I tried to get more people to like my work by commenting on my own stuff was becasue a plethora of other people on that site consistently attacked and demeaned my work. I truly tried my hardest to make better and more interesting multi-morphs and all I got in return was hate and discomfort. I actually DID spend hours working on those images but nearly everyone made the assumption that I was just spamming. Excuse me for putting in more time and effort and sacrifice to make a fetish more prominent and regular than most of the other artists trying to do the same. Not putting anyone else making work on that site down, I really appreciate and enjoy what they made and a lot of the artsists on extramorphs inspired me. But SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many commenters only ever put my stuff down and eventually I tried to find a way to make it seem less talked down upon which is where my self-commenting came in. Yeah it's shady and not moral to do so, but it was mostly the only way I felt any type of praise on a site that was firmly planted in it's traditional extra-values.....very complacent of the Trump stance seen today. I really only wanted to make new and exciting art for users whom desired something...more...something different. I have no clue what happened with extra nuking his site as I told them the truth that someone was hacking my ip and completely destroying my rep(more than likely a vestige of me using multiple porn photo sites to use as stocks for morphs) but everyone just seemed to use me as a scapegoat for anything bad that happened on that site. You should feel free to post things. I would suggest that you make a single thread/topic for your artwork, and as you make new images, you just add posts to the thread. This way you have a space for your fans to see your work, detractors can civilly avoid it, and you don't bury the forum with your prolific approach to artwork. I think this would be a compromise everyone can live with

To be fair, you've definitely improved in a relatively short amount of time, and a few of your recent works caught my eye. My complaints mainly came from your earliest works which absolutely came off as low quality spam, as well as using an established gallery as your experimental testing grounds.
"Trump" up playing the victim all you like but bringing your foot-headed cyclops into a gallery of relatively tame multibreast/multilimb was like forcing avant-garde into a classical art museum. To the rest of the patrons, of course you came off as offensive and inconsiderate. You didn't care about the paradigm at extramorphs. More importantly, you didn't care about its audience.
I don't fault you for wanting to advance the community but extramorphs was the wrong place to do it. Despite what went down, I welcome you to the forum here, but I hope you learn to distinguish between insensitivity and persecution.

To retort, a multitude of my works were based solely on the multiplicity of limbs (albeit replacing other body parts, but nonetheless EXTRAS of certain things). This was already wholly present with the pface and feethands type morpH regularly making an appearance in others' posts long before I was accepted by Extra to be an artist with the ability to upload. A majority of what I was condemned for was "too much in one photo" the very essence of the site was to focus on multiple limbs, orifaces, and any other extensions of the body like nipples, eyes, toes, and fingers. I understand that my earlier morphs weren't to par of most other artists, but there were plenty of other whom did not perform to the likenesses of KSG or Qualexandrian, but seeing as they didn't post as often, did not revive the same level of malice that I did. So what? That I decided to create a foot-headed morph into a gallery of vaginally-faced, and human/centaur armless hybrids. Who in their right mind would believe that that'd be a farce to so many patrons? I appreciate your eloquence and the calm yet demeaning demeanor you provide but I'm not convinced by your argument. Yes, I should have stratified my uploads, but in truth I was never told but ONCE in which to do so by the site's original moderator which only occurred after about fourty or so manips being posted. I would've gladly obliged the suggestion if informed earlier on but I was only the subject of comment bashing and not of formal inquery. I "forced" nothing upon anyone and as seen at later point in time, the moderators easily had the power to delete whichever posts they deemed unfit for the site and inform me as such. You have zero right to tell me my level of care for the extramorphs site. I have no right to tell you yours either, as I've no clue to how often you frequented the site and gave positive anonymous comments to as many artists as possible in the way I did for years. Persecution assuridly is not the same thing as insensitivity, but myself and I'm sure countless others will agree that it is a manifestation not far off from it which can easily be (forgive the word usage) morphed by the psychological phenomenon that is groupthink. Even when an opinion is mildly supported by others, it can turn into a horrid untrue idea capable of any feat, even driving an artist somewhat subtly mad with feelings of insecurity and reciprocal hate. I'm WHOLEHEARTEDLY not condoning my previous actions, but I'm asking the community to empathize as best they can with my situation considering the idea that it can happen to any aspiring artist attempting to contribute to a community that that they love and appreciate, but receives probably around 90%+ hate upon trying to contribute.
