It's been a while since I last bothered to revisit Nullbrainz' pixiv site since it wasn't updated for a long time (long hiatus since October 2013), but since then he's finally come back, and this time with an expansion on his famous Mahjong set, of which I personally found to be difficult to piece together until now.
