Topic: Image loading issues on this forum

Yeah as title says problems with images not loading; but different ones work or don't work day by day. For example last time KSG's thread in the tf art section had a new post, a large chunk of the images were a grey outline with just the browser broken image thing with the images url in text; but today everything in the thread is fine. Most recent thread in art section linking a pixiv image having issue right as i'm posting this.

Is this just on my end or are others also having intermittent image loading problems?

Depending on where the image is being hosted, the server might not be able to remotely use the image.  Some sites disallow this due to concerns over copyright infringement, so they can't be remotely displayed by a link.  Sometimes it's a broken link that someone made a mistake typing in, or added an unwanted character, or someone deleted the source image at the host site.

Sometimes it could be a bad connection, or the site might be doing an update or maintenance.

There's a few dozen reasons why that kinda thing may happen.
