Topic: Bestiary: Construct Discovery Journal

Name: Phallic Fang
Created by: Unknown
Identifying features: Featureless, flesh colored breast shaped abdomen, rounded fangs with oozing tips
Method of change: Transformative Venom
Transformational Potential: High
Level of aggression: Very High

Affectionately referred to as the Phallic Fang, this arachnid was first discovered in a sealed ancient ruin - those that broke the warding spells quickly found out why they had been put into place. Unlike naturally occurring arachnids, these small, unobtrusive creatures seek out bipeds specifically for food. The venom of the Phallic Fang can only be described as having equivalent transformative potential of Demon Cum, with a bias towards male genitals. The bite of this creature is entirely painless, although symptoms develop within minutes of initial injection.

Due to it's recent discovery, very little documentation as to the specifics of how the venom actually works exists, although the first signs include bulging, sensitive flesh that is pleasurable to the touch, and loosening of the skin directly below the injection. Bite victims traditionally sprout a large penis from the site of injection within an hour, and disproportionally large testicles within the next thirty minutes. The transformation's progression is directly proportional to how much venom is injected, but usually includes the growth of up to a dozen debilitating, sensitive phalluses near the bite wound, all of which become painfully stiff within the first twelve hours. A recent study shows that each of the phalluses that develop as a result of being bitten tend to be sexually insatiable, capable of consecutive climaxes many with no reduction in arousal, nor productive capability. Individuals report that the genitals grown by the use of this venom tend to experience prolonged orgasms, lasting up to nearly a full hour before finally calming. It is hypothesized that the arachnids use this trail of ejaculate to follow their victims, for later feeding.

The behavior of these arachnids is quite peculiar, as they tend to follow the bite victims with surprising tenacity, feeding off the sexual juices that result from the often frantic masturbation of the affected individual. A recent survey of the inhabitants of Tokar, the settlement closest to the ruin at which the arachnids were discovered, has yielded some interesting insights into their behavior. Resistance to climax seems encourage the creatures to bite repeatedly, resulting in rampant phallic transformations that leaves the victim desperate with sexual desire. Repeated bites seem to be counterproductive, as they have a tendency to result in much higher dosages that have the capability to transform entire limbs, digits, and orifices, resulting in not only loss of mobility, but a decreased ability to masturbate effectively. It has been noted that victims that have been subjected multiple bites can experience spontaneous, unsolicited climaxes. In the most severe of cases, victims can climax for up to 12 hours before being allowed rest.

Bite victims are encouraged to masturbate immediately upon discovery of symptoms, as it is the only known way to safely fend off additional attacks. An antivenom has been discovered, although it must be administered within hours of the initial bite, or treatment may accelerate changes, resulting in many times the transformation as would have originally been inflicted. It should also be noted that specimens exhibit strange behavior in the presence of anti-venom, biting repeatedly regardless of the available food supply. In these cases the anti-venom seems to accelerate changes, most often resulting in widespread transformation regardless of the location of the original bite wound. Killing any single one of these creatures releases a fine mist of venom that can be absorbed directly through the skin, resulting in a transformation equivalent to nearly three dozen bites - this can effect many individuals, as the substance can travel for nearly a mile on the wind before becoming benign. As these arachnids tend to be quite capable of evading most threats, only several subjects are known to have been affected by this phenomenon. Those affected typically collapse within a half hour, the majority of their flesh covered in expanding phalluses. The first symptoms of this variant of change include stiffening of the legs and fingers, tightening clothes, and thick, awkward speech. Those affected are encouraged to seek immediate medical attention.

Recent, unsubstantiated reports state that other subspecies of this Arachnid have been discovered in additional ruins nearby Tokar. Although a specimen has not been collected for study, reports state that a woman in camping gear stumbled into town with a series of red welts covering her exposed skin. She was later found in her room, her clothing in tatters on the ground as she frantically stimulated her bulging body, which was nearly covered by genitals of both genders. By the time authorities arrived, she was incapable of any form of communication. Travelers are advised to to stay clear of the forests around Tokar until this crisis can be contained.

Employment opportunity available!
Several positions are open for medical studies related to the above topic,
Position Description:
Paid volunteers will be placed in a sealed room with several specimens, and allowed to be bitten for the purpose of testing the highly experimental anti-venom.* Males and females alike will be accepted, as the venom has equal effects on either gender. Transformed applicants will receive additional compensation, as effects tend to be more severe in systems that have already been affected. Permanent positions are available for those willing to undergo long term study.**

*Complete reversal of changes is not guaranteed
**Anti-venom not provided
