Pregnancy destroys lives man, didn't you know? The hollow eyes of millions of parents disagree with your calling pregnancy 'harmless'. :-P
On the other hand, I do love me a pregnant belly, it can really look sexy on the right woman.
It features several kinks. 'harmless' ones like bimboification, butt expansion, Penis and Muscle growth pregnancy. And not so harmless ones like transformation into a strange male creature (like in several of DM's sketches), merging, scrotum-tf and immobility.
